The Finnish Anti-Counterfeiting Group provides actively statements to different authorities as regards to various intellectual property rights and counterfeit related issues.

Below can be found the latest statements provided by the Finnish Anti-Counterfeit Group.

15 December 2010: FACG provided a statement to the European Commission as regards to amending the Tobacco Directive 2001/37/EC.

18 June 2010: FACG provided a statement to the Ministry of Education and Culture as regards to amending Section 60 (a) of the Finnish Copyright Act and amending the Act on on the Protection of Privacy in Electronic Communications (available only in Finnish).

25 May 2010: FACG provided a statement  to the European Commission as regards to amending Council Regulation concerning counterfeit goods No 1383/2003/EC.

21 May 2010: FACG provided a statement to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland to support national decision as regards to ACTA treaty (available only in Finnish). 

12 May 2010: FACG provided a statement to the Ministry of Justice as regards to IPR-Court Working Group's memorandum regarding concentrating all IPR issues to the Market Court (available only in Finnish).
